About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting enterprise data to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, transforming complex data into clear and strategic recommendations to help drive our loan offerings.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Proficiency in crafting complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Monitor and identify issues with data pipeline, including diagnosing, fixing, or escalating issues where needed.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives.
  • Work with analytics teams and business partners to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Interface with key stakeholders to provide training, gather feedback and ensure success of data deliverables to the end user.
  • Generate insights connecting analytical results with business problems/goals and present recommendations to internal teams and business partners.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures.
  • Leverage data to design and implement programs and campaigns that optimize loan offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with relational databases and data warehousing (DWH) technologies, including design, management, and optimization of data structures.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with some experience in developing and managing ETL workflows to support data integration and quality.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) best practices and methodologies.

Where You Will Work: 
This position is remote. 

Salary: 
The base hourly range for this position is $90,000 - $108,000 a year.  DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
